Guidance for Preparing Homemade Baby Food
Homemade baby food doesn't need to be complicated, and it can actually be fun!
Tot Squad is thrilled to partner with Walmart to offer 20-minute live video chat consultations to best address specific questions around the best ways to introduce solid foods to your baby through homemade baby food: purees, both raw and cooked.
On your call you'll explore all of the ways to prepare healthy, safe baby foods at home, whether that be by preparing foods from raw ingredients, using partially prepared foods (like frozen veggies) or even using a delivery service.

What’s great about our Walmart “mini-consults” is that your RD will discuss preparation methods, safe food handling techniques and the types of foods best suited for baby's first 12 months of life. By the end of your session, the RD will successfully address your questions and make recommendations to help you successfully introduce homemade baby foods to your baby.
You are welcome to ask any and all questions about baby foods and beverages during your session, and we recommend you write them down in advance of your appointment so you don't forget anything. Follow-up consultations are available to ensure your baby feeding journey is a happy one.
