How To Improve Sleep Dynamics for the Entire Family

As a parent, one of the biggest challenges you can face is helping your child get the sleep they need. When our 2 year old daughter began experiencing a sleep regression, my husband and I knew we needed to take action. As a busy startup founder married to a filmmaker who works into the wee hours of the night, our schedules are crazy and having a toddler fall off the sleep wagon was sending us into a world of sleep deprivation, grumpy fits and exhaustion for all of us.
